Ed O'Neill is a young chef with aspirations, talent and an opportunity to impress as he heads up the kitchen at Jacoby's. Food has always been Ed's passion and his love of cooking and ingredients became evident at an early age. His passion flourished further after completing his studies at Westminster Kingsway College London where he obtained the Professional Chef qualification. During his time at Westminster he won several competitions including the colleges prestigious National Young Chef of the Year. Since leaving college Ed has expanded his skill base across a variety of catering venues from top London restaurants to villages pubs. From private dining parties to chalet chef (with some top celeb customers thrown in there too!) Ed is loving the challenge of being so actively involved in the day to day operations at Jacoby's. With Ed actively building all these skills, he is on track to be a hugely successful chef and restaurateur.
